Having to be a loyal customer for many years I have strong confidence in Him that he does his very best for me and any customer he helps! We put in an online inquiry (from Maui) about purchasing the MDX, and Colin was the first to respond. After reaching a decision on the vehicle, along with the model type and extras, he sent us a few videos on the car that we purchased with careful explanations of the special features. These videos featured Colin doing a live explanation and we were thoroughly impressed that he would go the extra mile in creating those for us. It really helped confirm that we made the right choice in purchasing our vehicle that we now enjoy. After the finances were taken care of, Colin shipped the car to us via Young Brothers and it arrived safely with no issues, everything intact! Already from the initial meeting, he was friendly and professional. Never once did I feel like he was being a typical "salesman" with me but felt like more your neighborhood buddy who knew more about cars than you did. Since I came to him with what I already wanted (my wife LOVES the Mazda 3 and wanted nothing else, so it wasn't my choice) he was straight and to the point. Price negotiations was quick and fair and we ended up with a price that made both parties happy. He frequently followed up with us and how the car was doing and even went the extra mile to provide a lift on a follow-up visit. I could go on about my excellent experience. How I came to lease an Acura MDX To start my story you have to go back about three years ago when I bought my first Acura MDX and got to know Jimmy Jewell. Never in my life have I ev To start my story you have to go back about three years ago when I bought my first Acura MDX and got to know Jimmy Jewell. Never in my life have I ever met such a knowledgeable honest and dynamic person. Since his name is not to the right on your screen... you have to trust me when I say, don't have anyone service your car except for Jimmy. When it comes to service consultants, I use to deal with Frank, but then I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Furtado this past service call. Wow... not only pleasant and helpful... when I went to pick up my car Paul gave me the bad news..... fix my car (which by the way is now ten (10) years old or lease a new car.... there standing with him was Thomas Mayaji (wax on ... wax off).... Thomas handled my first lease with the professionalism and accuracy while still putting me a ease for buying ... no leasing my first car.... Even with the help of Jimmy, who properly guided me Thomas anticipated my needs, answered them with expertise and got me into my dream MDX. Did I think I would be driving a new car?..... no way... but here I am. The best part of this story is my instructions I received from Jimmy when driving off the lot... He said... "I want you to look forward and not look back and say... I deserve this car and don't have any regrets" Kudo to Thomas, Paul, Ruben who warned me that 10 years is a long time to hold on to a car and of course Jimmy. More
