On the initial encounter, I was dismayed because I was accustomed to working with Martin, who no longer is with Tischer. I was not certain that I would get the same type of personal service from anyone else. Daniel dissolved that concern fairly quickly. This most recent visit was even more personal, due to the intensive nature of service required on my vehicle. Daniel kept me abreast of each step and even though I had to pay a small fortune to reunite with my car, it was not so painful because I felt he was being honest and thorough in his service. Although Martin will be missed, Daniel is a great replacement for Martin. Also, a special thanks to Steve, the mechanic, for getting my car back in tip top shape and Charles, the cashier, for always being friendly and and adding that humor and personal touch. More

My experience with Tischer Acura is very disappointing for their lack of wanting to help find the car that I wanted. I guess it is easier to sell a car on the lot then to try to make the customer happy. for their lack of wanting to help find the car that I wanted. I was very happy with the service side of my Acura, no complaints there. (Chris was very helpful) Even though Tischer is very close to my home I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I would not use this dealership because they did not disclose the fact that this car had been in two accidents before I got this car. After the first day one of the lights stopped working. They had to replace the rear windshield and did not have enough keys to provide me for the car. I have purchased two vehicles from Tischer Acura and have found them to be extremely professional and accomodating to thei customers. They have a Tischer VIP program which I have never been offered any where found them to be extremely professional and accomodating to thei customers. I would definatly reccommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. More

I went to Tischer Auto in Laurel MD. Upon driving up I had an idea of what I wanted. I was concerned that being a woman the dealer may not be completely fair. Sales man were very manipulative and very mannerless and not at all know how to deal with customers. Very worst customer service. I dont recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a used Acura RSX from the dealership with an extended warranty plan. The overall experience of buying the car went well, but right before the warranty expired I brought the car in for a problem extended warranty plan. The overall experience of buying the car went well, but right before the warranty expired I brought the car in for a problem with the exhaust system - they claimed they fixed it under the warranty - but a couple weeks later after warranty expired the problem become much worse because it wasn't fixed right the first time. I ended up having to have the work done somewhere else and it cost a lot of money in the end because they did not do the work correctly the first time. Also, the car was sold to me with out a key for the wheel locks - so I was not able to change my flat tire. They refused to admit in both cases that they were in the wrong. Overall they are highly unprofessional and have bad customer service. More

I TOOK MY CAR FOR REGULAR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION I WAS TOLD I NEEDED FRONT BRAKES WHICH I AGREED AND PAIN 470.00 AFTER 3HRS OF WAITING TIME WITH 3AND 5YR OLDS. I HAD PURCHASED A BRACELATE FOR MY HUSBA WAS TOLD I NEEDED FRONT BRAKES WHICH I AGREED AND PAIN 470.00 AFTER 3HRS OF WAITING TIME WITH 3AND 5YR OLDS. I HAD PURCHASED A BRACELATE FOR MY HUSBAND FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY AND FATHERS DAY MIND YOU. WHEN I GOT HOME I WANTED TO WRAP THE GIFT WITH MY 5YR OLD OLNY TO NOTICE THERE WAS NO BRACELATE. THIS BRACELATE WAS IN 4DIFFERENT THINGS SOMEONE WENT THROUGH MY STUFF AT THIS TOP OF THE LINE ACURA DEALERSHIP AND DECIDED TO TAKE THE BRACELATE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK LIKE IT WAS. NOW I NEVER LEFT MY CAR FROM THE TIME I BOUGHT THE BRACELATE TO THE TIME I GAVE MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP. WENT BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY ARE ACTING LIKE I AM MAKING UP A STORY I WOULD CALL POLICE AND GO THROUGH ALL THIS DRAMA FOR 315.00 DOLLARS I MADE UP. PLEEAASS. ANY HOW I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTEMOR SINCE 2004 WHEN I BOUGHT MY MDX 2004 SINCE THEN I NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEM NOW WITH THIS MATTER I AM UPSET. THEY WERE NEVER FRIENDLY BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE FACT THAT IS 10MIN FROM MY HOUSE KEPT ME GOING. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW I CAN BE A PREFERED CUSTEMOR ONE MINUTE WHEN THEY ARE GETTING THEIR MONEY BUT BE A STORY MAKER AT THE OTHER. BY THE WAY THEIR STATEMENT ON EVERYTHING IS THAT EVERY EMPLOYEE STANDS BEHIND THE NAME ACURA. THEY ARE UP TO NOW REFUSING TO ACCEPT THEIR FAULT OR EVEN LEAN A EAR DOWN TO LISTEN. THIS IS NOT TOLERABLE IF I KNEW I WAS DEALING WITH JON DOE FROM JUNK YARD I WOULD PUT UP AN EYE I THOUGHT THIS WAS PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT WHERE SUCH THINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.. More
