This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The slicked back blonde haired sales manager (formerly of Toyota) made up things that meant my trade in was only worth half what everyone ever had. The slicked back blonde haired sales manager (formerly of Toyota) made up things that meant my trade in was only worth half what everyone else offered me, and tried to charge me 3K over retail for the used Pathfinder I was looking at to start the negotiating process. When I tried to leave I had to take out my cell phone to prepare to call the police because they would not immediately return my key to my "trade-in" car until I was ready to negotiate. Its really a shame too because they cater to many of our hard working military with several Army and Naval stations nearby. More
