Everyone was super friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. I had some concerns with the car I was purchasing, and they addressed them all until I felt comfortable with my purchase. They also worked late hours until we were all finished, which I didn't expect, and didn't think was necessary, but still nice anyway. Everyone made me feel pretty special and took me seriously - which is something I cannot say for other dealerships that I had visited that first day down the road. I can imagine many people wouldn't take a young female buying a car on her own very seriously, but I was never treated that way and really appreciate that!

This was our first time at an Acura dealer. From the moment we walked in, Scott was attentive and accommodating to my wife and I. We have never experienced such professionalism and courtesy at a dealership before. We did end up purchasing a Lexus from them and even though the dealer closed, they took their time to finalize our deal "after hours". No rushing, no attitude! We even received a fair trade in value for our trade in. We will ALWAYS recommend Acura of Libertyville from now on to our friends and family. We even appreciated the follow up call from our salesman Scott the next day. Even the finance department was an awesome experience working with Eric Leys. Glenn, Eric and Jerry have managed to change my perception of the car buying experience. They made it easy and quick. Jerry was very thorough in explaining the features of my new RDX and followed up on several occasions to ensure all of my needs were met, during and post sale. I bought a certified pre owned acura TL and i just love the driving and acura of libertyville just made my day i owned it. It was so easy intially Gregg explained all the features and how the car is. It was good deal on the car even they gave some deal and it worked out perfect.
Mike explained about the finance and and gave good deal on trade in car as well. I was happy on my trade in value. Even on the end of day on saturday, they were there untill i finish my paper work and in fact charlie made the paper work easy going.

This is my second (consecutive) purchase from Acura of Libertyville. James Won was my sales associate in both cases. In addition to James I have found that working with Eric and Craig to be as painless as buying/leasing a car can be. All of the less than enjoyable tactics most of us have experienced in the past when purchasing a vehicle, simply didn't apply when working with this dealership. The decision to come back was easy, plus I'm thrilled with the quality of my vehicle.

I initially inquired about a 2008 Acura TL Type S online and got an almost instant response from Luigi. I set up a day and time to come and test drive the car. He did a great job explaining the features of the car and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new/used car. I purchased a 2013 MDX and this was probably the most pleasurable experience from start to finish for purchasing a new car. I started my hunt for an Acura through the Internet. Luigi Miceli contacted me quickly and provided me with prices for the new vehicles right from the start. So from my very first visit I knew what I was going to pay for the vehicle and was happy with the price right from the start. I really enjoyed working with Luigi on this purchase. One concern I had with my new vehicle was how it would look and fit in my garage. I worked with Shelly, the service manager, and she set me up with a loaner MDX to take home for the afternoon so I could park it in the garage. On the day of the purchase we worked with Charlie on the final paperwork and this too was completed without any hidden costs or pressure to purchase accessories or warranties that we didn't want. He laid them all out for us to chose from and provided any information we requested. I am very happy with my new Acura and the service received from Acura of Libertyville!

i found a car online and went up there right away to take a look at it james had great customer service and was very friendly was also very knowledgeable on the car i was buying. the finance guy was also very friendly they stayed past hours just to help me out and assist me i walked out of there with a car and was very pleased with there service they even filled the car for me. would highly recremend to all my friends and family!
