The service dept is fine, my purchase experience was great 7 years ago. However, the confirmation process for service appts is maddening. Now, that I’ve had my service, which was great. They have sent MULTIPLE emails and texts asking me to review / rate. This is the second review I have given for the same service appt. Please fix! More
