My Review of Acura of Lynnwood:
I got ripped off from Lynnwood Acura service department. Their service counter persons get commissions from repair fees. Paul charged me over $600 for just resurface rotors and new pads. Last visit they charged me 2 hours of work when my car was only there for less than 1 hour. Plus, Charles charged me $10 disposal fee(I brought my own part to install, and nothing to disposed). They also working in teams, 1 team works Mon-Wed, 2nd team works Thurs-Sat. If your car is not done during those days your car will be stuck there until same team comes back on those days they work. Again, because of the % Paul and Charles gets.

My Review of Acura of Lynnwood:
<br>I was looking to buy an Acura TL and I used one of those &quot;multi-dealer bidding&quot; mechanisms from edmunds.com, autobytel and some other site. I got an offer for X$ from another Acura dealer in the area. Since Acura Lynnwood contacted me, I said I said I would do the deal at ~1000$ over invoice. There were 3 emails exchanged between me and them where I repeated myself each email, and they kept inviting me over and appreciated 'my being upfront with them.' <br><br>I drove to the dealer about 45 mins away. Then they tried to do a sales job on me offering me the same car at X (the other dealers price) + 500$. Huh?? I clearly walked out and then they sent another guy claiming to be the fleet manager to try and cut the deal . <br><br>I didnt appreciate them thinking I was an idiot, and wasting 2 hours of my time. I was pretty frustrated with the overall experience and decided to get a different car. <br><br><br>

My Review of Acura of Lynnwood:
We were treated with respect! Even though we have poor credit they were able to help us and we were in there and purchaced a Dodge Ram and out of there in 2 hours with a great deal. Our salesman did not play one &quot;sales trick&quot; on us and cut to the chase. He is a kind gentleman.<br>The dealership was very polite in every department. We left feeling comfortable with our purchace. Even a few months after our purchace looking back on the deal. We are happy with our deal. <br>I have already sugested this dealership to all my friends and family. While doing so I found out that one of my close friends purchaced their car there and got the same service. They bought a Nissan Maxima with a different sales man about 2 years prior.
