Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Stay away from the g wagons they are garbage, bought at auction cheaply. Then only cosmetically fixed. I had check engine light that I gave them 2 chances to fix, all they did was reset the code. I bought it to an actual mechanic who fixed it but it cost me 1k. In addition I asked they put on missing lug bolt, missing center cap, take off window tint and a few other minor things. They did none of it. Also took 8 weeks to get the plates. They kept lying saying they personally looked into it. Not until I complained to CT DMV did I finally get an answer. And they tried blaming me! Saying I didn’t provide my wife’s license info. Which I would have provided if they had told me at any point. They just kept lying saying it would be here in a few days. Also brakes were at 4mm so needed them replaced shortly after buying. All told I spent about 5k fixing stuff they had 2 chances to do. Also don’t bother getting any warranties they are complete scams. Plus you can get one much cheaper than what they offer at the dealership. Don’t even want anything from them. Just got sick of even talking to them. Would never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. More

I went in for a service of my 2023 Acura Integra and left after choosing a new one to lease - Acura 2025 - as just had a few months left on old lease. Chris was so easy to work with which I appreciated, as h after choosing a new one to lease - Acura 2025 - as just had a few months left on old lease. Chris was so easy to work with which I appreciated, as had previously worked with Brian Bankson for years, who sadly passed away. Easy process and from seeing the new car on one Friday only took a week to finalize all and picked up the new car a week later - love this dealership and have been leasing Acuras since 2000 - funny enough starting with the original Integra. Highly recommend Chris as he makes the transaction painless and stress free - ty! More

Be very careful, do not buy any exotic cars or especially his mercedes G wagons the G63 especially, he WILL cut corner and just make the car run so you can drive off. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Stay Away from Acura Stamford If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a Mercedes from Acura Stamford and have had nothing but problems since day one. Within just Stamford If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a Mercedes from Acura Stamford and have had nothing but problems since day one. Within just 2 months of ownership, l've had to bring the car back five separate times - a completely unacceptable experience for any dealership, let alone one claiming to sell quality vehicles. The first three visits were for the same loud noise coming from the car. It took three trips before that was finally resolved. Then, on my fourth visit, every single warning light on the dashboard came on. I couldn't park, change gears, or drive safely - the car was completely unsafe and dangerous to operate. I was told the issue was "fixed" that same day, only to find out all they did was a computer reset. Nothing was truly repaired. I asked to dig deeper right away and was just told "this is normal and enjoy the car" from the GM. A few hours later, the same exact issue came back as l was about to drive off. I had to immediately return the car, again. This time they said they'd send it to their "Mercedes specialist" and kept my car for two weeks. After supposedly fixing the issue again, I had the car back for one week before the same problem happened - this time while I was driving on the highway, unable to properly accelerate. It was not only frustrating but also extremely dangerous. I requested a refund due to this obvious lemon of a car, and not only was I denied, but I was met with nothing but attitude from the GM. No accountability, no customer service, just pure disregard for my safety and investment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. They sell unsafe cars, provide band-aid repairs, and treat you with disrespect when you rightfully demand better. I deeply regret trusting Acura Stamford, and I hope others avoid going through the nightmare I've experienced. They decided to then offer me a buy back option of the vehicle which I had no option to accept, but still was at a lost of thousands of dollars. I am trying my best to get in contact again with both the GM and the Owner of the dealership but am left with no response because I was ripped off and more money taken from me when they bought this car back. More
