Definition of luxury I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change. My original appointment was at 11a.m. I missed it and rescheduled for 1130a.m. I missed that one as well. Acura still serviced my vehicle and got me out of there extremely fast. They are the definition of luxury. Treated me very professional. I am much appreciative of their professionalism and courtesy. Emergency Service for Tire Replacement While driving the two passenger side tires (front and Back) blew out when I accidentally hit the curb. George Brunner was great! I took my car in for a recall service and while there I asked them to reset the alarm system and give me an additional remote start. There was a mista I took my car in for a recall service and while there I asked them to reset the alarm system and give me an additional remote start. There was a mistake where they thought I wanted an original key so I had to go back. But they took care of the problem with absolutely no hassles and George went above and beyond To make my experience amazing! More

I have purchased and leased vehicles from Acura of Westchester since 1990. I recall that my first vehicle was an Acura Integra. Over the years, I stayed with the Acura of Westchester Dealership, not only because of the wonderful Acura lineup of vehicles, but because their employees have always exhibited the exact qualities that I enumerated above. Most recently, I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced but, for personal reasons, I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment at least five times. Each time I called, I was almost embarrassed to inform my service advisor that I had to once again reschedule my appointment, but GEORGE BRUNNER, my service advisor, was very understanding and tried hard to accommodate me, which he did. Once again, Acura of Westchester came through with flying colors and should be commended for hiring such a well-spoken, dedicated and understanding service advisor. Nicholas Raptis More
