I commend the hard work and excellent service provided by Sal Gambitta in the service department and Jake Dildine in the parts department. These two gentleman listened carefully to my thorny problem with pro Sal Gambitta in the service department and Jake Dildine in the parts department. These two gentleman listened carefully to my thorny problem with problematic headlamps, researched the issues & equipment involved, suggested a creative solution, and worked hard to get a fair price-point for the solution. They successfully and thoughtfully fixed the problem and provided me with a loaner car each time I needed one. These gentleman are a credit to the Acura Dealership in Larchmont, NY. More

Sal G. of Westchester Acura is the best service representative on 🌎. I called and emailed Sal in hysterics over my car " BABY"! Sal calmly told me to stop of Westchester Acura is the best service representative on 🌎. I called and emailed Sal in hysterics over my car " BABY"! Sal calmly told me to stop by that same day. I was accommodated with a diagnostic service that's not performed on the weekends. If you want a rep who genuinely cares for your vehicle and safety go to Sal G. BABY - my car was fixed in less than 1 hour of arrival💙 Acura of Westchester is my favorite place to get my car serviced. The facility is clean and all the staff is caring and attentive! More

Sal never told me that my car was ready. I had to call to find out that it was ready for over an hour. He was passive aggressive. I did not like dealing with him. I will ask for another service advisor next find out that it was ready for over an hour. He was passive aggressive. I did not like dealing with him. I will ask for another service advisor next time. Sal is not a nice person. I give him 0 stars. More
