Westchester Acura Alvin has always been super friendly and accommodating when we take our MDX for service. My wife and newborn usually take the car as I work in Manhatt Alvin has always been super friendly and accommodating when we take our MDX for service. My wife and newborn usually take the car as I work in Manhattan, and he goes so far as to help with getting them into the loaner, or somewhere comfortable if they are waiting. He is thorough with the car, and tries to help the price of service if another Acura dealer sends a coupon (which not everyone has done for us). Have had experience with others in this same department, and nobody matches Alvin's level of service. He is the best. More
