Great experience Couple of weeks ago I was involved in a car accident. I took my truck down to Acura of Westchester to get it fix. I thought it was going to take forever for them to take my car in and fix it, but actually the service was quick and they were able to fix my truck right away. He introduced himself professionally, welcomed me to the dealership and asked I came in for service and ended up being approached bt Frankie Ferraro. He introduced himself professionally, welcomed me to the dealership and asked if I need help. I told him I was in for service and I was ok. He then asked me what kind if car I was driving and I told him a 1012 MDX. He said well your waiting anyway why not sit with me and go over a few options. I agreed and he took his time to explain the benefits of me getting out of my car early and into a new MDX, getting into a 2013 loaner car he had or simply buying my own car off if lease. Believe it or not he made a lot of since so I called my wife and we decided to do it!! Frank and his partner Liam made the experience fast and pleasurable. Me and my wife are very satisfied clients at Acura if Westchester they always make us feel at home. More
