Due to the winter pot holes my card had a flat. I was very pleased they picked up my vehicle in my driveway and brought to the service center. Wait time estimated by service consultant, confirmed by manager is 1.5 hours. Factually - today, 2 hrs 25 min after two complaints. Last time - over 2 hrs and i skipped the car wash. When I leased my car in Sept. 2012 the experience was great. My RDX was just serviced due to a broken sunroof, and I brought in the car, they gave me a loaner car, and everyone was extremely accommodati great. I brought my car in for 3 things - Oil Change because light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressur light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressure check was back on. So to me they didn't do a proper check on the initial visit and just reset the indicator. This caused me to take more time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have serviced properly. To there credit they didn't charge me once bringing it back in. However it still was an un necessary second visit it should have been detected and corrected on the initial visit. More
