Peter is absolutely great. I live about an hour away from the dealership and probably pass 4 other Acura dealerships on way to Acura of Westchester. There is only one reason I do this; I know that Pete from the dealership and probably pass 4 other Acura dealerships on way to Acura of Westchester. I have been serviced by Tom for over 2 years now, used to be with my tsx now its the TL. I couldnt of been more happy then to leave my car in Tom's hands. Absolutely and consistently great. We have all three cars with this dealer. Peter made the appointment that was convenient for me, I was in and out in 1 hour and every was perfect, even wash and vacuum car. with this dealer. Today was my first oil change for my 2008 Acura TL. I have to be honest, I made the appt last week but I've rescheduled everyday until today, Wednesday, January 25th. Every time I called to reschedule I was never even questioned why I've rescheduled so many times, which was such a pleasure. Back to my first oil change visit...Freyi Sterling, in the service department was the serrvice agent that helped me. He is very professional and personable. I asked him to please find Liam Tully from the sales department so that I can say hello since he was the one who set up my lease back in August. Liam remembered my old car I traded in..PT Cruiser and he even remembered that my husband wanted to get a Acura truck, which is so amazing being it has been so long. He also discussed my mileage lease questions that I had and he even took the time out to connect the Bluetooth from my new phone to my car. While waiting for my oil change and car wash, Freyi continued to update me on the status of my car and he wanted to be sure that I wasn't waiting too long and believe me, I didn't wait long at all. Both, Liam and Freyi are very professional and treated me like they've known me forever....and that's a wonderful feeling. I lease my Acura from the Scarsdale Curry dealer on Central Avenue. They were never able to meet my needs. This was very disappointing to me. I am a cross crountry truck driver. Whenever the car needs service i usually have to wait until i get in town so i am able to take the car in to acura of westchester for service. Elizabeth is always very understanding and accomadating to my appointment needs. the mechanic took less then an hour to complete a B1 service. during my wait i sat in the customer area and Elizabeth informed me that i could help myself to some coffee, bagels and cake. She also informed me that there was a newspaper and magazines available for me to read. the televison was also on. Acura of Westchester has an extremly clean mens room and waiting area. when the vehicle was returned to me washed and vacumed inside. as a customer of acura for over six years i was very pleased with my final cost. because of the friendliness of Elizabeth White i will always recommend Acura of Westchester to someone.
