I came in with air conditioner problems. Elizabeth listened to my concerns and noted them for the mechanic. When the mechanic could not find any thing wrong they both consulted with me again. The mechanic said he would look again.When all was done, Liz told me a detailed discription of what they had done as a precautionary measure since they really did not find anything wrong and told me to return with my car if it still was not working right. I have long been pleased with the service that Larchmont Acura provides. I have bought 5 cars from them because of the helpful salespersons and the excellent follow-up service they provide. Before I bought my first car from them I used to take my cars for service to garages. Not since meeting the service crew at Acura have I done that. Their accommodation begins with my call in -- sometimes just a regular service call, other times in emergency. They get right to the problem and set me up with an appointment at my convenience. They have even lengthened their service days and added weekends. Liz White listens to my concerns and makes sure that the mechanics check them all out. If the car needs to be worked on overnight, she arranges a loaner car or has me driven to work and picked up afterwards. The waiting area is very comfortable, with TV, coffee and refreshments. I have never had to take the car back because of a bad repair or incomplete service. I will never buy a car anywhere else! More

I have a 2005 TSX purchased new in March of 2005 from Acura of Westchester. All my experiences since the purchase have been Excellent. I have had Every Vehicle Service done there, including Repairs from Acura of Westchester. All my experiences since the purchase have been Excellent. I have had Every Vehicle Service done there, including Repairs from an accident a few years ago and upgrades such as installation of back up camera and directional signals in the exterior mirrors.I Highly Recommend them for Service and Sales. They have been Extremely Cordial and Professional in All of their Dealings with me and the Service and Maintenance of my car. The provide me with a loaner car while they have the car and return it to me washed when I pick it up afterwards. They are Top Notch, Class Act. More
