A great customer experience I have been using Acura of Westchester since 2007. I am on my %th RDX from them. I made an appointment to bring the car in for regular maintenance. I have been using Acura of Westchester since 2007. I am on my %th RDX from them. I made an appointment to bring the car in for regular maintenance. I requested a loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership I was checked in. I went in to see Beth Hicks as instructed. She welcomed me , listened to what I requested be done. prepared the paperwork, and led me to my loaner. She called me to apprise me of the progress being made, and had the car ready at the promised time. An excellent experience! More

Worse Service Ever!!! I bought my car in for body work. Chris never returned my calls despite leaving numerous message on his VM and with the receptionist. He would promise I bought my car in for body work. Chris never returned my calls despite leaving numerous message on his VM and with the receptionist. He would promise to call my with updates and never did. I would only call and find out he's off failed to inform me. I even left numerous messages with the receptionist to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor never called back either. Sales is good. Avoid service if you need major repairs. I will not buy another Acura because if this! More
