My Review of Adams Toyota:
I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding group of salesman you have employed by you company. I woke up one morning and decided I wanted a new car for my daughter. She has done a wonderful job maintaining her life. I was sitting at my kitchen table having coffee with my husband and said, "I'm going to get the white pages and the first new car dealership I find, I am going to call". It just happened to be Adams Toyota. When I phoned, the lady answered, "Thank you for calling Adams Toyota, have you heard about the big sale!" I said "No, but I would like to speak to one of your salespeople." Boy, and did I get a pleasant person. He said "Hi, this is Kevin" I said, "Kevin, please just listen to me and do as I ask, please!" he said "Okay." I explained to Kevin that I do not like salespeople that harass or pressure me into buying something that I do not want or like. Please let me tell what I want and go from there. He did exactly what I wanted. He then introduced me and my husband to Jonathan. Jonathan was great! he explained everything to us in detail, answered all our questions and never got an attitude. We just wanted to let you know that Kevin is one of the BEST salesman we have ever encountered. I have much respect for both them. We are considering coming back to see Kevin on the purchase of the Toyota Avalon. Adams Toyota is outstanding!

My Review of Adams Toyota:
From the moment I contacted Adams Toyota, my first contact, Kevin G took me as a serious customer. Within thirty minutes of their closing time, I was contacted 3 times. This was a strong indication theat they valued me as a customer and they wanted my business. After explaining to Kevin that I would be out of town on business for a week, I appreciated his follow up to ensure I was still interested. It was this intial contact that motivated me to give this dealer a try. He understood that I had conducted my research about Toyota and I was ready to buy. Kevin made the buying process easy and my paperwork was done quickly by Clayton. Within the last month, I have been contacted by four Toyota dealers and none can emulate the customer service of this company. I look forward to doing business with Adams again in the future.

My Review of Adams Toyota:
This is the most pushy sales organization. They have their first-line people out in front like the other reviewer said. There are about 8 to 10 of these and no-one else besides us is there shopping. These people are the grunts who run and get vehicles to test drive. They also try to push Demo models on you. It's like they have a predetermined list of these to push and get extra compensation if they sell one.

Then, when they get you to say you might be interested in a particular vehicle, they hand you off to the next level salesman, who sits around at these high bar-stool style round tables. This next person uses all the classic tactics, trying to get you to talk about payments rather than an actual price. They are very high pressure and if you make an offer, they have to take it to a third level person etc.

It is such a nightmare and we have shopped there twice, once 2 years ago and then today. I get the willys when I walk in there - it hasn't changed a bit. The first time I just gave up on getting a Camry and stopped by the GM dealer and bought a car with so much less hassle.

My Review of Adams Toyota:
Overall a high pressure, try to screw you, environment. General sales people are treated like crap and required to stand outside in the below 20 degree weather waiting for customers to drive up.<br><br>Sales managers were rude and when they cannot get the deal they want they insult the customer. All we did was tell them honestly what we needed and they did nothing but lie to us!<br><br>We will never, repeat never, do business with them again and highly recommend others use caution if you do decide to visit them.
