My Review of Adamson Ford :
Please, please, please anyone take my advice and never buy from Adamson Ford. If you do purchase a vehicle from them, make sure the odometer reading on paper is the same as what is reading in the vehicle. Get the vehicle inspected the same day you purchase and if anything is wrong, don't text, don't call, take the vehicle back and get in WRITING everything that needs to be fixed. Do not negotiate anything verbally. I can not stress enough, because this dealership is a scam and their dealership is nothing like it use to be.
When they fix the problem make sure they give you a loaner vehicle in which they are obligated to do so. I purchased a 2001 Gray Toyota Sequoia. A list of things that were wrong w/ the vehicle same day I purchased in which I made a mistake by making a verbal agreement and text agreement instead of getting it in writing. Both Exhaust Manifolds were leaking, Throttle Body gone bad, all 4 tires had no treads at all, rear brakes were scrubbing on the rotors. Week 2, alternator gone out and battery as well, because the alternator killed the battery. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I receive a phone call from Julie who is a receptionist for Adamson Ford relaying all messages to me from General Manager of Adamson Ford telling me that they will only reimburse me for brakes. They refuse to reimburse me for anything else. Warranty wasn't suppose to kick in until 30 days after me having possession of vehicle, but because so much stuff is wrong w/ the vehicle and Adamson Ford refused to fix vehicle, the warranty company paid for everything covered under my warranty minus my out of pocket deductible. Also just to let you know, you have 72 hours to return a vehicle if you are not satisfied with it. But I didn't learn this until 2 weeks later. BE AWARE!!!
