I bought an Acura Integra on somewhat of a whim. .. didn't want to pay to get new brakes. I went in on a Friday, a rather busy Friday at that, and worked with Gabrielle Mota. She walked me through everything with accommodating ease before PJ in finance took over. Everyone involved was high spirited and welcoming, which made the decision to buy even easier. More
I scheduled an appointment to look at an EV thru cargurus and they quickly confirmed the appointment for me. during the appointment the salesperson Ashton helped me out and had the car all ready and for me t and they quickly confirmed the appointment for me. during the appointment the salesperson Ashton helped me out and had the car all ready and for me to test drive. the car was very clean and Ashton seemed like he knew what he was talking about when showing me the car. We drove it on a test track and then we went back inside. I told them i’d come back by end of week to buy it and they were understanding. When i went back and we discussed numbers they were able to match what my credit union was offering. So i sat down with Churchill and later PJ and they got me through all the paperwork and finally i left within a few hours with a (new to me) ev. More

I drove all the way down from Milwaukee to buy a CPO Acura ZDX that I had found on the Acura website. I also looked at the dealer website to see if everything matched up, and it did. I get there, take a Acura ZDX that I had found on the Acura website. I also looked at the dealer website to see if everything matched up, and it did. I get there, take a test drive, like the car and start the process. I have the usual back and forth on the value of my trade, but we finally end up in the lower end of what I found acceptable. Then their real lack of character shows up. The paperwork is put in front of me and suddenly we're about $2,500 apart. I scan down and there is some mystery "fee" that has been added to the deal. I asked where this fee could be found on their website and he said "It's there somewhere, in the really fine print", laughing it off. I ask the salesman to give me my keys back and he says, let me see what we can do. I say that there is nothing you can do as long as that fee is on there. Next thing I know, the sales manager is next to me telling me that everyone has to pay the fee, no matter what dealership I go to, I'll pay the fee. I opened my computer up, pulled up their website and asked them to show me where they have disclosed this fee. Well, he couldn't show me because it wasn't disclosed. I demanded my keys back, told them what I thought of their deceptive advertising, and went to Muller's Woodfield Acura where I was treated with respect and was sold a car without the lying and cheating that Advantage engages in. My only regret was that I didn't snap a photo of the contract, then I could have filed a complaint with the State of Illinois. More
I bought a CPO Acura from Advantage Acura last month on Nov 15th. I spent $500 to travel, to pick up the vehicle since I had to travel from another city. The sales guy was James Heath. From the beginning o Nov 15th. I spent $500 to travel, to pick up the vehicle since I had to travel from another city. The sales guy was James Heath. From the beginning of the conversation around Nov 9th, I felt that something was amiss (AKA EMPATHY). 1. On the Acura website the advertised price was different to what was on Advantage’s website. When I called in, I was discouraged NOT to buy directly from Acura site since it was showing less. In fact, no one in the dealership was even aware of the advertisement when I spoke. What I found later was Advantage hid the CPO charges from the published price. I felt cheated. (There are many who have felt the same way if you scroll through the reviews). 2. The car wasn't prepared properly for delivery. I was made to wait close to 5 hours, reason being that there were paint scratches not to mention my names were incorrect in all paperwork (despite me letting James know the correct order a 100 times before). Lastly, the gas tank wasn't filled and was done during the last minute. I was made to simply wait with NO apology whatsoever from James who stood right there watching me wait! Is this your customer service? 3. I drive home and then come to know that the chrome window panels were all shaking making a rattling noise not to mention the alignment was completely off! YES the alignment was off with torn bushings. There was also a small rock chip on the windshield directly on the drive line of sight that was missed. Is this your CPO???! 4. There was an open recall/software update that was also missed by Advantage Acura. How can somebody miss an open recall on a CPO?! Today, I took it to the local dealer since I felt it was dangerous driving the vehicle since the SUV was veering to the left constantly from the past 3 weeks. It has been diagnosed as torn bushing with alignment fail. I called on Dec 12th atleast 10 times but no one bothered to transfer my call or even return the call despite leaving a voicemail. My call was cut off by someone who spoke saying it was NOT his responsibility. 5. I missed this in Google reviews but here it is. I wasn’t mailed the title close to 5 weeks. When I called in I was repeatedly told it will take 8 weeks to mail something I am the owner of! I again tried to call the next day and there was a new joinee who was as well frustrated since I was told there was a lot of delay for reasons unknown. She mailed me the very next day as she thought as well that this was ridiculous. Anyways, a bunch of lazy guys who work all over the place in there I guess! I finally also spoke to Noble Jones who calls himself the boss on the website if you go through! All I was expecting from him was to ask me – “How can I make this right for you?” but then the poor guy/s have no understanding of what customer service is! What can you expect from these guys anyways? Trust Advantage Acura to take FULL ADVANTAGE of your helplessness. This name suits them right!!! If I save a few out there from the hazard of buying from these folks I would think this review was of some help. More

We found the car we were looking for an advantage. Acura of Naperville could not have made the process, more smooth or easy. I don’t believe anyone out there would say buying a car is the best experie Acura of Naperville could not have made the process, more smooth or easy. I don’t believe anyone out there would say buying a car is the best experience in the world, but I can honestly say this was tops as far as no stress and ease of the entire process! John Nanni Was our sales person, and he was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to deal with, and we would recommend seeing him! Finance was a very simple process as well. Overall, we had a great experience, and we will buy another car from the dealership! More
We've bought 6 cars in 18 years from Naperville Acura, and were fortunate to have one of the most laid back and helpful guys I have ever worked with in the world of auto sales. And then Advantage bought and were fortunate to have one of the most laid back and helpful guys I have ever worked with in the world of auto sales. And then Advantage bought the dealership and they cleaned out all the older/experienced/expensive people. And they gave us an 18 year old to work with. Great kid. I have no problems with him. But why ruin a working relationship? This years TLX purchase went to another dealer farther away: better deal from a dealer that seems to care a bit more. More
