Omar has been my service advisor for the last few years and I was really skeptical whenever he transferred to a different Advantage BMW location. I asked him to please have the best service advisor avail and I was really skeptical whenever he transferred to a different Advantage BMW location. I asked him to please have the best service advisor available and I would trust his judgment! Well he didn’t disappoint; Brandon knocked it out of the ballpark! Great job was done as promised and on time, even provided a loaner car because I had to get home to take care of my 93-year-old mother. I live more than 15 miles away! Keep your eyes open when dealing with Advantage. I bought a Certified 4 series from them in Nov 2020. They failed to clear the prior owner info from the car. Failed to check both key fobs. Had to re bought a Certified 4 series from them in Nov 2020. They failed to clear the prior owner info from the car. Failed to check both key fobs. Had to return bc one did not work. They ordered a new one and mailed it to me. A month or so later, I noticed scratches where the passenger side convertible top meets the top of the windshield. Should’ve inspected it better. Finally, they failed to transfer the maintenance warranty to me. When I called about this they said BMW USA changed that and I would have to pay for the change. They NEVER told me this at the purchase. I am concerned if they truly performed the certified inspection and work. DO NOT TRUST ADVANTAGE. More
