They are responsive to phone calls, emails and text messages and they work WITH the customer to come up with a great deal. Their online prices are exactly what they say they are, there's no hassle to try and get that price and they don't try to pull a fast one to trick you into a higher payment. After two months of searching, this dealership earned by business by being honest, transparent and explaining everything step by step. They also gave me a better deal than I ever thought possible. I came to Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook on the recommendation of a friend, and from start to finish this was easily the best dealer experience of my life. The General Sales Manager, Rocky, has assembled a great team! Starting with Andre Thomas in sales, to Ryan Sitter in finance, this was by far the quickest and easiest shopping experience I have ever had.
