Salesman(deshawn) was not knowledgeable on vehicle. My father asked numerous questions which he said he would have to inquire about and then never did. Was trying to juggle 2 customers at the same time wh father asked numerous questions which he said he would have to inquire about and then never did. Was trying to juggle 2 customers at the same time which lead to me being the neglected customer. Salesman stated if I gave him a good review then I’d receive my 2nd set of keys for the vehicle I PURCHASED! Was super unprofessional in my opinion. Never received my second set. The sale would not have gone through if not for manager who actually helped negotiate price and was a wonderful man to work with! Would go elsewhere next time for sure and tell my friends and family to do the same. More
Buckle your seatbelts, this is going to be a very bumpy ride...I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Verbally offered $500 cheaper than what they “could actually do” when financing. I told them I had a refi lined up and to only run my credit once and accept the return offer (I have excellent credit) because i didn’t want my credit pulled multiple times. I said this 3 TIMES before financing but my credit was pulled 5 TIMES... After signing I was left waiting for over an hour for them to “bring my car around” and no one following up or checking on my. This was the same for another customer I was sitting next to. Once you’ve signed the paperwork, you are no longer a priority. They don’t care about you as a person, you’re only a dollar sign. I was told I was being financed through Chase, then got a call 2 weeks after closing the deal that the financing was through CapitalOne (come to find out it WAS CHASE). Who is running this place??? Then was told I was over charged by $200 on the doc fee on the contract so they had to mail me a new contract to sign and overnight back to them. THEY DID NOT CATCH THIS ERROR, THE BANK DID. We are now ONE AND A HALF MONTHS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVENT PAID OFF MY TRADE-IN LOAN. I got a call from my previous financing company saying I’m late on my payment. I’ve NEVER been late in my life! BUYERS BEWARE!!! This was THE WORST car buying experience I have EVER had. So much so I wouldn’t send an enemy to this place. Just awful... More

The first vehicle I purchased was a certified 2019 Impala last name on one of the owners was misspelled I was promised that it'll be taken care of the title came with wrong spelling so now that's going to co last name on one of the owners was misspelled I was promised that it'll be taken care of the title came with wrong spelling so now that's going to cost for me to adjust that. Second vehicle I purchase a new 2019 Impala paperwork also got messed up because there was a wrong bin on the paperwork that I signed on the first contract that cost me also city stickers and all because my trade in was traded to the first wrong VIN number now I got new plates which also cost more cuz I transferred the Honda plates to the wrong VIN number which was a mistake I believe of my salesperson because it wasn't checked and I also mentioned it to finance and he said he would take care of it the title and all this has got me disturbed because I'm spending my money after the fact More

We came in not knowing if we wanted to buy. After discussing numbers and got a more decent price on our trade in, we decided to purchase. The financing part took very long, we waited about 3 hours just to get into a room. A couple of things that I was unsatisfied with, was that, the vehicle we bought had absolutely no gas. I think it would have been courteous of the dealership to at least put gas in the car. It also would have been nice if the inside would have been cleaned up a bit. When they take to the back for a wash we assumed they would've cleaned the inside too. Other then that it went ok. More

Salesman and I agreed on the price of the car and salesman agreed to lower the cost of the doc fees. Also finance manager became angry agitated and raised his voice because I refused to purchase their gap and warranty. after all was signed he walked me over to cashier and walked away without a simple thank you for your business. Also was told that the car was going to be detailed, funny when I got into my new purchase the interior was not cleaned other than vacuumed and the outside was washed. All of this just showed me this dealerships true colors. A family business that has no problem lying through their teeth and then act ignorant to customers who chose to not take their false promises. Never going to shop their again, also never sending friends or family members there again. Thank you for confirming the lying unethical individuals you truly are. More
