Hats off to Brion Parrish & Dennis Reily! I went into Chevy on a Saturday morning for an oil change on my Chevy Trax, and walked out with a new(er) car. I had asked to speak with someone about possibly trading my car in, and Brion walked up and right away I knew that I was going to like this guy. He introduced himself and asked me some questions pertaining to my current car, and what exactly i was looking for in something new. He showed me multiple cars, and we came across my Lucille (a red chevy Equinox)! I automatically fell in love, and started picturing myself in this car. When i had to meet with Dennis in financing, he made it very clear as to what i was signing, and answered all of my questions. Dennis was very educated and didn't make me feel as if i was signing away my soul. Haha. Needless to say, after everything was said and done, and all the paperwork was filled out, i went home in my new car. Thanks again to everyone at Chevy in Hodgkins, and especially Brion and Dennis! Service Department I believe that the sales consultant Steve Garcia was pleasant to work with, and also Dennis Reily was very helpful with a situation I had with the ser I believe that the sales consultant Steve Garcia was pleasant to work with, and also Dennis Reily was very helpful with a situation I had with the service department. With my 2015 Silverado I had the radio functions attached to the steering wheel go bad. The service department agent advised me that it would cost $528 dollars to fix, this which I paid. I had bumper to bumper warranty and I questioned my concerns as to why I had to pay? He said it wasn't covered under the warranty and I asked again are your sure? Needless to say when I advised Dennis Reily of this while signing the papers of my 2017 upgrade, he wasn't pleased at all of how I was treated with this misinformation. I know Dennis did all he could to try and alleviate any extra costs due to the service department's error. I'm very happy with my Silverado, and would send anyone buying a vehicle to Advantage. More

Waited a week for my part to come in. I kept getting the run around from parts department. I contacted my service advisor to ask what part was ordered and a part number he was unaware of what part was even run around from parts department. I also asked for a rental or sales loaner to drive while my part comes in since I am unable to drive my vehicle at the moment and he was trying to charge me $45 per day when the rental should be covered under warranty like any other dealership. I called a different dealership they were able to take my vehicle in right away and provide me with a loaner while my vehicle was getting worked on. More
