Brought my van in. Check in person did not listen. Said if they found nothing, they would not charge me. They said they would call.never called. Had my car a full day a Check in person did not listen. Said if they found nothing, they would not charge me. They said they would call.never called. Had my car a full day and mechanic went home and never called. I called the next day and they said they would get back to me. Called in afternoon and said car was done. They said the battery cable were in the wrong place. That is impossible because they do not reach to the wrong place. And, the installation tag was still on the cables. They charged me $240 and did nothing. Poor communication, wrong information and insulting general manager when he was called. I feel ripped off. More
