A Nightmare in Service Department After speaking with service representative (Dana) an explaining what had just occurred with my Chrysler van I had my van towed in to service dept. th After speaking with service representative (Dana) an explaining what had just occurred with my Chrysler van I had my van towed in to service dept. that same day. I was told what was needed to make it work again and that it take 2 days at most. This turned into over a month in which other things that were working in my van now didn't work. I would call to get an update and service rep wouldn't be available and I wouldn't get a call back. I had to go there a few times to get answers. I agreed to another part being put in even tough I believe this was damaged by the mechanics there while they worked on it. I just wanted my van back. I had taken my van back twice after being told that it was fixed but had to return it the same day since it wasn't. I decided to speak with (Don) Service Manager to explain what I was going thru, he was very condescending, patronizing and being a passive bully. He let me know that he thought that I was trying to string them and that I wanted the things that were not working in my van fixed even though they were not working before. I explained to him that everything was working in my van other that which I brought it in for and now they were not. I wasn't trying to get over or get anything for free. I already had paid over 1800 and just wanted the things that were working, working , as I was told it would be. He proceeded to raise his voice, he was yelling at me and told me that my (Chrysler) van was a piece of xxxx and that his mechanics couldn't do this service. I love my van, it was running fine, my gauges, signal lights, headlight, radio all were working fine, had the transmission rebuilt a year ago. I wouldn't have decided to spend an outrageous amount on labor if it wasn't worth it , as in spending over $600 on labor for a $26 part. I took it to Chrysler as I believed it was the best place to take my Chrysler for the best service and repair on one of its own and instead I got the worst service and disrespect. The stress and struggle during this time was very real and it continues to be as I'm waiting for a response from GM whom I spoke with. More
Amazing work! Went to Advantage with my 2009 Dodge Ram. Took it to Bill Bryan and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with it and blew me off. When i went to Advant Went to Advantage with my 2009 Dodge Ram. Took it to Bill Bryan and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with it and blew me off. When i went to Advantage they let me show them all the paperwork from the work i have had done on it . They kept me informed every step of the way. They were the only dealership that was able to find out what was going on and fix it the first time! Was able to get my truck fixed without being over charged even got a free wash nd vaccum~! More

Unfair pricing. 32 hours, $1869.00 later for a check engine lite and two motor mounts?????? Changed PCM and replaced two mounts. I checked on youtube , and I could ha 32 hours, $1869.00 later for a check engine lite and two motor mounts?????? Changed PCM and replaced two mounts. I checked on youtube , and I could have replaced it for $199.00 for thePCM ( computer) in about 45minutes. My fault for trusting them I guess those motor mounts are made of GOLD. Shame on you Advantage Dodge. Will never own another Chrysler product. More
Horindous On 7 jun16 I was contacted by Chrysler corporate and referred to this dealership to go for a test drive and to deal with the service manager jack I ca On 7 jun16 I was contacted by Chrysler corporate and referred to this dealership to go for a test drive and to deal with the service manager jack I called jack asked him when was a good time to bring in my truck for a test drive. He told me to bring it in that day.i wanted to make sure as I was driving 60 miles one way to this shop. When I arrived I introduced myself and asked if he was ready to go for the test drive he said yes, we walked out to my truck and I was explaining issues with the truck and asked where can we get my truck up to 60 as this is where I'm getting the buffeting from the mirrors and the rearend shakes at this speed. He tells me he dosent have 30 min to go for a ride in my truck and that he didn't want to work on my truck to begin with at this point I simply asked why had Chrysler talked to them and they said to bring it in he reiterated that he wasn't working on my truck at this point I told him what I thought about him telling me to drive there and then refused to look at my truck I got in my truck to leave and he started beating on my truck window screaming at me seriously this is how we treat a disabled veteran I was a 14 year customer with dodge never again no one should be treated that way especially a disabled soldier with tranatic brain injury I had a panic attack due to there treatment of me customer service is non existent I tried to talk to the owner but the other employees refused to give me his info they directed me to a guy named Thomas who claimed to be a general manager he told me to bring my truck back on the 13th I called before I left and he told me to wait so he could make sure a different service manager was there to fix my truck he never called me back so I contacted Chrysler and jack calls me back to inform me that they will never service my vehicle this place is horrible I'm filling a bbb complaint as well More
Service Advisor needs replacing I had a lot of work done, or think I did in 1 visit. Was told by Service Advisor Dana that all work was done when I went to pay, even after viewing p I had a lot of work done, or think I did in 1 visit. Was told by Service Advisor Dana that all work was done when I went to pay, even after viewing paperwork that 1 part was on order. I advised Dana of this and was told that the note was from the review of the car and that the part arrived and was in fact installed. After checking with my own eyes AFTER PAYING the final bill, the part was NOT installed and in fact, had NOT arrived to be installed. Makes me wonder what was truly needed for repairs and what was a lie to pad the bill!!!! I will not trust this company anymore. They have shown me that they are more concerned with the bottom line, then customer service. I will NEVER bring my SUV back for service, and not not even consider them for selling me a vehicle. More
Customer service is gne I have used this dealer exclusively for buying and servicing my vehicles for 4 1/2 years since I moved down here. Today was the first instance of a n I have used this dealer exclusively for buying and servicing my vehicles for 4 1/2 years since I moved down here. Today was the first instance of a notable issue but it is big. Damage was done to my truck while at the dealer, nothing big, so my wife and I just called to tell them, they wanted us to bring it by so they could see it so we did. This is what you do when you like a place I guess... When I got there, the service guy said he had to get his manager, this was after me telling him they asked us to come by. The service manager walked the long way around the truck to avoid me, looked and told me I had other damage on the truck, I said yes, it is 4 years old, but just the fresh scratches in one spot happened at the dealer, he said they where all too short to do it and I was lying. Then just walked off. I have never asked this dealer for anything, ANYTHING! I was not asking for anything today either, it was said from the start "just to let you know what happened at your dealership". He was degrading, insulting, carried no standard protocol of customer relations or professionalism like introduce yourself or say something before you just walk off, His attitude was a "better than you" disposition and it was a total disgrace to this dealership and any customer service business. I will not spend money in a place who acts this way to me, so I will not go back for anything. I can only imagine if something serious occurred in their care, I would be stuck walking. Both my vehicles where purchased at this dealer from the same sales rep, always used the same service rep, no other serious concerns, but as I said, if they did something really bad to one of my vehicles, I can only imagine what experience I would have with this "person" trying to get it taken care of. As I said before, I asked nothing of them, just called to tell them it happened and only went out of my way to go there because THEY wanted me to, then to get treated like I was trying to get something for nothing. Funny thing is, my son is going to college in August and I was about to buy him a car from here... Sorry Dawn... More
