Service rep called informing me car was ready after recall campaign, Uber driver didn't move for 20 min and I couldn't cancel nor find service rep at end of day. Had to find service dept number online recall campaign, Uber driver didn't move for 20 min and I couldn't cancel nor find service rep at end of day. Had to find service dept number online from phone to call them to cancel and rebook new Uber to pick up car. Aside from service pickup, everything else was as expected. More
