I just received new personalized license plates and had a hard time getting my old front plate off. Since the dealership is just Africa’s the street I decided to take it to service. Service advisor Juan and technician Martin provided excellent service. My routine service was taken care of and my two issues were resolved efficiently. Service is absolutely awful. Did work that I didn’t authorize and still charged me for it. Told me my car would be done same day had to bring it back another day. I was taken advantage of this week. How many inspections and filters do they need to change anyway? They should have changed it last week with the oil change. The car was brought in due to low tire pressure - tires purchased the at Advantage Toyota. I wanted the oil changed..done. This week saw the same problem with the tires..another 100 for a filter change that should have been done last week! This is a serious rip off. There will be no more business for them from me. More
