Airport Ford

We went in on Saturday and explained what we were looking for. He said he had the car for us. He took us out to a 2008 Ford Explorer. It was beautiful and loaded. We came back and told him we liked the car but not the price. He sat down with us and we negotiated a price we could both live with. We are large people and needed seatbelt extenders. He provided them at no extra charge. The booklet was missing so he ordered a book for us. When we picked up the car on Monday, the paperwork was ready, the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. He showed us everything the car could do and even showed me a few things on my car which was purchased elsewhere. He told us if we needed anything to please let him know. The car was titled in my husband's name only which the other dealer refused to do. He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. I would definitely send people to Airport Ford when they are shopping for a car. Excellent experience!! More

I attempted to purcahse a car with Airport Ford in July of 2011. I received the worst possoble customer service imaginable. The sales staff ignored me and refused any kind of help. Unless you appaer to be older, do not expect any help at Airport Ford. This dealership provided the worst customer service I have ever received. They also responded to my complaints with short, rude, and hostile emails. I will never visit Airport Ford again and would not suggest it to anyone. More
