As an inexperienced buyer, I feel that this dealership took advantage of my inexperience and charged me MSRP on a used vehicle. They made it seem like a good deal and gave me a low financing rate of 1.9 - took advantage of my inexperience and charged me MSRP on a used vehicle. Ed Rodriguez is nice when he is trying to get you to buy a car. He will tell you to contact him if you need anything - which I did. Only to hear crickets. I even contacted the manager of the dealership and never heard back from them. Seems like once you buy a car, you are on your own. Not exactly the “family” that Ed told me it would be. I will say the sales manager worked with me on a special circumstance and appeared to want to do right. However, apart from that, I am totally regretting ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Overall, I hate the dealership. I hate the car. Brakes already creak on my Explorer with less than 5,000 miles and getting some weird whistling sound when I drive. Many other better options out there. Don’t get sucked in. More
