Let’s just say, purchasing from Al Packer West is not recommended. I live within 15 mins of the store and traveled 1 1/2 north to deal with another dealer. Service side is very attentive, they try very hard and work is very good. I would recommend then for service all day long. Sales, sucks! Luis, laziness is not what is required in car sales. Sometimes people need a little more than hey I can sell you a used SUV. SMH More
