Wonderful Experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Hartville, OH I was 400 miles from home and one side of the protective engine cover became loose, so it was dragging at various times while driving. I called the dealership that I use at home and was told to call a local Ford dealership if possible. I called the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on Saturday. Their service department didn't have any openings, but it was recommended that I call the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Hartville, OH. I did call there and Zack, the customer service person, couldn't have been nicer. He said to bring it in when I could get there and that they would look at it. I did take it to the dealership and it was a great experience. Zack was very helpful and the service department took the car in within 10 minutes of my arrival. Within a half hour, they had fixed the problem and Zack said there was no charge. It was a wonderful experience and it was so nice to know that the Ford dealership in Hartville, OH went out of their way to help me while I was so far away from home. I have talked to my dealership and told them of my experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

vehicle maintainence Called in april for service on 2016 escape. Got very high quote for 30,000 mile service. Drew could not realy explain and justify price for a vehicle under factory warranty. Just needed tires flipped oil change cabin filter. No reason to disassemble caliper mounting hardware. Car is only two years old. Left message for service manager no response. E-mailed him and no response. Tried too talk too someone in charge of dealer and was ignored. Needed them too repair windshield trim again and fix nick in paint they put there when fixing windshield trim. Tried so hard for months too get someone in charge of dealer too return calls.( corky covert). Instead I had a nice sales lady named renee call and she was really in no position too handle this. I'm done trying its been months. Had service done elsewhere for 100.00 less.. Lost respect and trust in this dealer. What does corky do there? My wife is very upset with this dealer. We have purchased two vehicles at this dealer and that will be all. No one has been very customer frindley. Don't know what happened things were great for 7 years now well? Will not return too this dealer or any dealer with spitzers name on the door. Mr. L. That will be all.. We have no more time for this dealer. Great Communication I was due for my 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance and an oil change. Nick called and said "I am going to be right up front with you, we have a proble I was due for my 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance and an oil change. Nick called and said "I am going to be right up front with you, we have a problem and you will not have your truck back today." After further discussion, turns out their machine that handles the coolant broke and that is why they couldn't finish the service. I appreciated him being honest with me and its not his fault a machine broke. Got me a courtesy vehicle and is going to send someone to to deliver my truck and pick up their vehicle once the service is complete. Appreciate the extra effort of making the phone call and getting me a vehicle to drive. More
WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE NOT ONCE BUT 4 TIMES Took my truck in for rear door lock not working, after 8 hours of the truck being at the service department I called to see what the status of the veh Took my truck in for rear door lock not working, after 8 hours of the truck being at the service department I called to see what the status of the vehicle was, service department said they didn't have time to look at it, 1 day without the vehicle not being fixed, complained to service manager and they sent someone to come to the house and pick up the vehicle and stay after hours to fix it. One hour later they call and said they found a broken wire in the harness and say it's all fixed. sounds good right? not so much, 2 weeks later the same problem, so I make an appointment to take the truck back, after the truck being there another 8 hours (another no call from the service dept) I called to see what is going on, they said there was another problem that they missed and they have to order a part, I take the truck back 2 days later to have the part installed and again another 8 hours of the truck being there and another no update call, guess what? the part they ordered wasn't the problem but they say they can order the part and have it in a couple days. by this time I'm pretty frustrated so when I go to pick up the truck I speak to the service manager and after a few words back and forth with the service manager Nicholas and a few lies from the service guy Drew i was told to take my vehicle somewhere else. so long story short "BEWARE OF SPITZER OF CUYAHOGA FALLS SERVICE DEPARTMENT" VERY POOR VEHICLE SERVICE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. would not recommend this place to anyone. More
fantastic service went in for a oil change and tire rotations and I didn't have a appointment. They service staff who seemed to be laughing all together on something fu went in for a oil change and tire rotations and I didn't have a appointment. They service staff who seemed to be laughing all together on something funny (It seems like they love to work together) greeted me with a smile and happy look on there face. Stated no problem and got me right in. I ever got to meet the service manager who thanked me for my business and was talking to me about a GTO that was right out side the service office. Terrible department I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It broke down and had to be towed. I also purchased an extended warranty from them as well. I of course ha I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It broke down and had to be towed. I also purchased an extended warranty from them as well. I of course had it towed to them for repairs since that's where it came from and should be covered through. After 5 days of my vehicle being there, I revived not one phone call with updates. I called in and was told that it needed to be towed to a different dealership because they couldn't find the issue with it. This is a little ridiculous. I do not at all recommend this service center. More
