Mr. Jackson was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. He knew the product he was selling inside and out which inspired trust and confidence. Like Mr. Jackson, Mr. Corbin was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free vehicle purchasing experience. He was straight-forward, honest, and ensured I understood the various terms associated with my purchase. I've bought numerous Nissan vehicles both in the US and abroad (six to be exact), but will surely consider going back to Alan Jay Nissan because of these individuals.

This is the second car that my wife and I have gotten from Alan Jay Nissan. James has been my sales person both times. He is friendly, knows what he is talking about, and willing to work on gettin gme what I want at the price I want.

The service provided by Alex Abel and David Edereich was excellent. Alex went beyond the call of duty(in the pouring rain) to make sure all features were properly explained. Alex even called after to make sure we are ok. I have already recommended Alex to my brother Raj, who is in the market for a new car.

I walked in the door and was greeted with an introduction and a handshake from Wayne. I told him I wanted a fuel conservative car, he showed me the Versa hatchback on the showroom floor and brought me a bottle of nice cold water. We then went out on the lot to look at the Nissan Sentra and another Versa, one without all the additions. I had told him I was financially strapped and needed to trade my big deisel pickup because it was too expensive to maintain. He let me take it for a test drive and then went in to get details and talk numbers. He took the papers back 4 times before a number was agreed upon that I could manage. He was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and determined to get me a good deal. A couple of hours and he was loading my personal stuff from my trade-in into my new Versa and I was on my way home.

I came in to this dealership even though I was far from home because I had heard of it's reputation for customer service. I was ecstatic to find out that my trip had been completely worth while. You can buy a new vehicle anywhere but the experience has to match the excitement of the new car itself. The staff was amazing, knowledgable, courteous, and efficient.

After having went through the WORSE car salesman at the Lakeland Nissan Dealership,I called Alan Jay Nissan in Sebring Florida and before we even got to their location, spoke to the manager David.

I explained the horrible ordeal my mother-in-law and I had just been through and that I wanted no BS car salesman crap! Not only was David friendly(not pushy) and knowledgable - he told me they wanted our business and to come on in.

He and his sales person, Terry, made us feel like we were shopping with friends! They were pushy or rude and bottom line - gave us the best deal so we did not have to keep shopping around.

I am a 48 year old woman who has bought many cars over the years but was helping my mother in law buy her 1st. Never in my life had I experienced a more pleasant and friendly car purchase from the staff at Alan Jay Nissan. I would highly suggest to any woman, or man for that matter, to shop for a car with these people. It was an awesome experience and I never thought I would say that about car shopping!
