I DO NOT RECOMMEND! ! After working with them for over a week, I drove my son over 3hrs (one way). To go pick up his dream truck, his first truck. (a 2023 Toyota Ta ! (a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD) I canceled my fishing trip to be able to take my son. On Friday, we contacted them to make sure the truck is still available, it is. We get there early on Saturday morning only to be told the truck had been sold out from under us!! Then to top it off, they said they would reimburse a small amount for my fuel and our wasted time. They said the it would be in the mail the following Monday. It has been two months now and I have seen nothing, all I have gotten is a different excuses as to why it has not been mailed yet. I assume I will not be receiving it. I’m not going to talk trash about the individuals, however I will say this place seems similar to the stereotypical, deceitful dealerships and salesman you see on tv or hear your family talk about…. I have given up on “being reimbursed”. Use cation if you choose to work with them, however, I would highly suggest you go to a different dealership, there are plenty of other options locally. I do not recommend More

Getting into the truck I wanted wasn’t really the issue, getting maintenance scheduled wasn’t the issue, driving off with mismatched headlights wasn’t the issue, what is the issue going on 5+ months b getting maintenance scheduled wasn’t the issue, driving off with mismatched headlights wasn’t the issue, what is the issue going on 5+ months by this point is having been told at signing I would received my registration and license plates within 2 weeks. No update, no contact or anything, I had to call every 2 weeks to get a new Trip Permit in order to drive legally, I’ve given up calling and doing the back and forth and being told “The DMV is backed up, yours should be done anytime now” for the past 5 months. As much as I would like to recommend Alan Webb, I can’t help but feel there are better options for places to purchase your vehicle. More
