I have had better car "detailing" at an $8 high school car wash. To be charged $350 and return my car an absolute mess with NO detail work or even blackened tires is outrageous! If you don't have the employees or talent to make my car "look like new", as promised, you should NOT offer the service. NEVER AGAIN! More

I have been coming to Alderman's Toyota since 2005. Their service is awesome. I had Derek as my service writer on Tuesday (05/12/2026) and he was very efficient and personable I was only there this Their service is awesome.
