My Review of Alexandria Hyundai:
SAVE YOURSELF!!!! I have taken my car to this dealership for the simplest oil change and, I am not kidding, it takes a minimum of 3 hours to get anything done. They tell you to bring your car in at 7:30 am and they "will have you out by 8:15am" Not true.....I recently found out that the mechanics don't even get there until 8am, how can the possibly do anything by 8:15??? All I have to say is, if they can't make good on the time frames for services AND proceed to decieve how long services will take to complete, how can you be sure the car you are purchasing is reliable???
