Problems from the beginning. This dealer ship is awful dealership to work with. I bought a 2010 f250 and drive it fifteen miles down the road and the engine light came on. I took it back and they continued to tell me "that will work itself out as you drive it". $1800 dollars later the truck is fixed. They told me time and time again that they would pay for it, I never saw a penny. Stay away from Chip Orlando and Rick the sales manager. More

Worst ever I bought a 2011 Silverado 3500 dually duramax from these people. I sent someone pick the truck up because I live in NYS. They drove the truck back and I bought a 2011 Silverado 3500 dually duramax from these people. I sent someone pick the truck up because I live in NYS. They drove the truck back and when I got it found out that most of the front end parts were worn out, needed 6 new tires and found out the def system had been tampered with and the truck was tuned and deleted. I'm an older woman and only wanted it to tow my horse trailers around to shows. They have been nothing but disrespectful to me, calling me a liar basically when I was never informed of any issues with the truck (which there are more but not that big) the truck is high miles but when you're paying 33k for a truck you expect it to be in safe and legal working order. I have had to file a complaint with the Bbb, epa, bank, and attorney general. Next I will be filing a law suite because now they are ignoring me and refuse to respond to emails. Do not do business with them you will get ripped off and once they have your money they don't care. Worst buying experience in all 70 years of my life! More
SCAM ARTIST BUYER BEWARE- READ CONSUMER COMPLAINTS on the OHIO Attorney General Site. I wish I had read these before I bought. They pride themselves on clean carf BUYER BEWARE- READ CONSUMER COMPLAINTS on the OHIO Attorney General Site. I wish I had read these before I bought. They pride themselves on clean carfaxes. Ours was a huge LIE. A clean carfax to them could mean the car was in a car accident which had structural/frame damage to the car. In our case the vehicle had hit a parked car, a curb and a tree!!! They told us the carfax was CLEAN and the car had one owner and it came from TX. They said they did a list of things to the car brakes, oil etc. When we took our to get an oil changed at a different dealer, they provided a list of all work that had been done to the car at a dealer since the car was manufactured. NOT ONE SERVICE DONE AT FIAT OF STRONGSVILLE! Went to trade the vehicle in and found out about the "clean CARFAX". The car came from Maryland not TX as they had said, and instead of being a "HOT CAR THEY JUST GOT IN" it was a car they got in 9 months prior and tried dumping at auctions for months before we became their sucker customer. Do not trust a word these people say. More
HORRIBLE DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! This was the worst possible experience I have ever had buying a truck!! I live in NYS and bought the vehicle online -I paid $700 extra to have delive This was the worst possible experience I have ever had buying a truck!! I live in NYS and bought the vehicle online -I paid $700 extra to have delivered and $700 extra to have a B&W Hitch installed prior to obtaining the truck---they put a $210 hitch Reese Elite-then tried telling me it was better!! The tires were 100% bald!! 2 marker lights did not work, the inside of the truck was plastered with oil from the mechanic, the back up camera did not work and I had to drive 8 hours to meet them to obtain the truck---2 sensor lights were on in the truck AND they gave me the truck with 1/4 tank of gas!! The truck was a 2012 F-250 so not a cheap truck!! The truck will not pass NYS inspection and Rick kept blowing me off so I went to the GM, Scott who is just as big of an idiot!!!! We are still trying to obtain the refund check for 4 new tires at minimal!!! If the check is not here by Monday we will be obtaining a lawyer and go full force--We are putting in a claim to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General on this dealership--what a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! More
DO NOT BUY! - You will bankrupt yourself in repairs Veterans & Military!! DO NOT BUY from STUART DAVIS.... We purchased an F250 from him - for our Charity, working with VETERANS and Soldiers - for PTSD Veterans & Military!! DO NOT BUY from STUART DAVIS.... We purchased an F250 from him - for our Charity, working with VETERANS and Soldiers - for PTSD Suicide Prevention. Stuart knew what the truck was meant to do - haul HORSES to help our AMERICAN HEROES. Within 1 week off the lot the truck began showing major engine failures .. We reached out to Stuart with NO FOLLOW- UP. We worked over the course of 11months with our mechanic shop to make repairs... NO FOLLOW-UP from Diesels Direct Service Dept. ... Truck was towed today leaving the charity and OUR VETERANS without the horses. We had recommended numerous contacts to them - three others have the same issues with their trucks. Purchase anywhere but here Americans ... This Dealership and Stuart Davis knowingly sell broken down trucks, through a slick operation & hold ZERO accountability for it... Be prepared to be bankrupt behind the wheel of a Diesels Direct Truck. More
bought new Fiat 500 from out of state great experience! I was looking for a new 2015 Fiat 500 Lounge 1957 Edition and found one optioned exactly as I wanted. The only problem? No problem! I called Fiat of Strongsville and had the good fortune to speak with Jeremy Brandt. Due to our mutually hectic work schedules, we ended up communicating almost exclusively via texts between our personal cell phones. Several times Jeremy texted me with info or updates after hours or on his day off - once at 9pm Saturday when he should have been enjoying his weekend! Jeremy went the extra mile plus from starting line to checkered flag! I bought my dream car for an unbeatable price with fantastic customer service from Jeremy with tip-ins by Cheryl the receptionist, Dawn re documents, and Stewart, another rep who stayed late one evening so Reliable Carriers could pick up my car on Jeremy's day off. They even kept it in the showroom a few extra days so I could avoid transporting it during and after a blizzard. The genuine friendliness, conscientiousness, honesty and professionalism I experienced from Jeremy and his colleagues is off the charts. This is a car dealer that does business the right way. Fiat of Strongsville rocks! More
Stay away " Far away" Made a huge mistake buying a truck from diesels direct. Had nothing but problems & was promised a repair witch later it turned out that the parts were discontinued. Finally after a year of back & forth they told me to bring it back. After I already put thousands in it. So I agreed to figuring theres no way they will stick me with junk again. WRONG! I had little time to look at anything so I trusted them to go over the truck I was interested in. Was told it had a clean bill of health & is ready to go. After signing the paperwork they handed me the keys to a dirty wore out peace of junk. Now all they say us I dont know what to tell you. Nice way to treat people? Stay away they just want to buy low sell high. Dont make the same mistake I did... :( More
DO NOT SHOP FOR A TRUCK HERE Worst purchase experience I have ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. The salesman assured me he would look it over very closely for me. W Worst purchase experience I have ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. The salesman assured me he would look it over very closely for me. Within 2 minutes I found a significant oil leak. As part of the deal, they agreed to replace the oil pan and delivery it to me. They missed the delivery date by about 4 days. Then when it got here, they had not put the valance back on. Also screwed up my rental car return costing me about $150. Additionally, wont return phone calls about GAP coverage that they slipped in on me. Steer clear of this one!! More
Scam-artists I flew in from NY just to buy a car from this dealership that I was told was perfect, immaculate, etc. All of their ads on carsforsale.com, autotrader I flew in from NY just to buy a car from this dealership that I was told was perfect, immaculate, etc. All of their ads on carsforsale.com, autotrader.com, cars.com praised the vehicle and didn't mention anything wrong with it. Even after multiple phone calls and emails with "Chip" the salesman I was not told of anything wrong with it, just that it was a "fantastic vehicle." I told Chip I'd be doing a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) of the car at the local BMW dealership (the car is a BMW M3) and he agreed. The mechanics at BMW told me the car was fine....other than the $5,000 worth of repairs that would need to be done. The issues are as follow: bent sway arm, broken rear shock, leaking steering fluid, leaking exhaust pipes, and just a small problem with the muffler...IT DOESN'T HAVE ONE. None of this information was told to me prior to flying and and doing the PPI ($500 total out of my pocket) and they refused to lower the price by the repair amount as I was willing to deal with the repairs myself. In fact I was told that they wouldn't have a problem selling the car to someone else as "not everyone does a PPI." In other words, they are counting on selling a LEMON to someone who doesn't have the sense to get the potentially STREET-ILLEGAL car inspected prior to purchase. Solid business practices don't you think? More
