I have been driving a full size 4X4 and have developed a vision issue and I knew the time had come to consider trading in my truck. My truck always was a handful to drive but now it was becoming increasingly more difficult. I had always thought Fiat was a cute, small car but wan't sure I wanted to go from BIG HONKING Pick up to little itty bitty car. We drove it and loved it and the process began. Brandi stayed in contact with me all the way from beginning to end and we even communicated through text messaging when it was impossible for me to talk on the phone because of our own business. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, said hello as you passed by and offered assistance when needed. Last night when we picked the Fiat up, I have to say I was a mess because I didn't want to get rid of my truck for this reason. They made it as easy as possible, showed compassion and sincerity and Brandi even gave me chocolate. YES everything is better with chocolate. Thank You to EVERYONE involved. More

I went here after driving by and seeing a truck I was interested in. My girlfriend and I pulled in with about three hours of closing and started walking around. We walked by a few of their sales staff who made sure to not make eye contact with us while they were talking to each other. We started to take a look at the truck, which was parked next to a truck running, and they proceeded to lock the running truck as we got close to it. We even walked within 10 feet of them as they were standing there talking. They didn't even try to flag down another sales person who worked there for us. After 20 min. of walking around their front lot, we decided to go back and walk around the back lot. We saw a few more staff members come and go, but no one would come out to us. I figured I'd give them one last chance and walk around the front lot to see if we could get someone to come out to us so I could look at the truck I was interested in. Finally, one of the sales staff came out, but stood 10-15 feet away, as if I was interrupting his free time, to ask if I was interested in the truck. I told him I was in the market for one and he proceeded to tell me the price. He didn't even unlock the truck so I could look in it. Even after I pointed out about $5000 worth of issues with the truck that would need to be fixed he said the price was still not negotiable. He even said, and I quote, "This may not be the truck for you." What type of salesman says this? He didn't even ask if there was anything else I may be interested to keep my service. I had a blank check to write that evening, but when the sales staff is so rude and doesn't want your money, I'll take it else where. More
My search started for a 3/4 ton diesel truck and happened to see several choices at Diesel Direct in Strongsville. I visited the dealer in the evening and was approached by what seemed to be a friendly sales to see several choices at Diesel Direct in Strongsville. I visited the dealer in the evening and was approached by what seemed to be a friendly salesperson. I had a list of 5 trucks listed on their web site and only 1 of the 5 were actually at the dealership. The others according to Chuck were not delivered yet. I looked over several trucks and did take one on a test drive. It seemed to be a good truck and well maintained. I was given a price and started to get the sales line to purchase the truck. I told the salesperson that I was not going to buy that night and I would be in contact or return. I returned two days later to purchase the truck I had driven. I wanted to search the lot for the other trucks I had seen on their site but again did not find them. Chuck saw I was there and began to be the perfect sales person again. I took a test drive in another truck and then drove the truck I intended in purchasing. I looked everything over and completed my test drive. When I returned the salesperson was busy on the phone with another customer so I waited inside. I returned the key and dealer plate and began the sales process. At this time I was informed that the price Chuck had give me two days prior had actually increased by 1K. I thanked him for the bait and switch and then I of course was asked what I wanted to pay for the truck. When doing so was laughed at and asked to be serious. I asked several times for Chuck to give me a better price and intern had increased my offer for the truck. This was the worst purchasing experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If they are firm on their prices then they should be honest and say that upfront. This dealership needs to be reported as others have said to the BBB and I plan to do so. Buyer beware the service and sales staff is not professional at Diesel Direct. More
A perfect transaction. I'd been looking for a Corvette and found Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct through an Internet search for 'Vettes. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never Corvette and found Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct through an Internet search for 'Vettes. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never heard of who is 500 miles away has inherent potential for problems ranging from issues with the car to issues with the transaction. Thankfully, this dealer is terrific and their staff simply couldn't be more pleasant and professional. Chip Orlando was prompt and attentive to answer my questions about this 'Vette, and complied with all my requests for facts, pictures, options, etc. Chip even offered to pick me up at the airport, which worked out perfectly. The 'Vette was everything they had said it was, and completing the sale with Dawn in the business office was quick and accurate. I recommend Fiat of Strongsville to anyone. More
I test drove a vehicle in the rain and was contacted the next day by the salesman stating that there has been a lot of activity and if I want the truck I better move on it. I purchased the truck and during next day by the salesman stating that there has been a lot of activity and if I want the truck I better move on it. I purchased the truck and during the signing I asked about a 30 day warranty. The salesman laughed and said," that the vehicle is sold as is and we both know that nothing is going to happen in the first 30 days". I continued with the purchase and that was the worst decision. I drove the vehicle home on Thursday and when I arrived at home a 15-20 mile drive there was a large puddle of fuel on the driveway. I promptly called the salesman and he said that was odd, it did not leak at the dealership. Nevertheless, he said to bring it in on Saturday for service to look at it. I got in the truck on Saturday morning and it would not start. I purchased two new batteries at just over 300.00 and that did not resolve the issue. I called the salesman again and he did not understand how I could be having such issues. They had the vehicle towed and stated that the starter was bad, and replaced it. I brought the vehicle home and noted no heat. I called and was told that the Diesel takes a long time to heat up.....The next morning I went to use the truck and the starter was acting up and would only engage 50% of the time. I took the vehicle for an Echeck and was told that the vehicle was tampered and the Cat converter was removed. It is illegal to sell a tampered vehicle. I again called the dealer and discussed. They stated the vehicle was sold as is. I explained that the law applies to as is as well. They said that I could register it commercial and that would be okay. I called EPA and they confirmed that Commercial or not, the vehicle needs a converter. I have since contacted the EPA and filed a complaint. My only recourse is to file a civil suit. Buyer Beware...... More
I had been looking around for a Cadillac Escalade that was under 30,000 dollars but still in good shape. I saw a 2007 on the store's website and went in to take a look. As a female, I've had some unpleasant experiences at car dealerships so I was a little apprehensive. Chip came out to greet me right away and showed me the Escalade. What can I say? It was spotless inside and out and the price was right. I bought it on the spot and financed through the dealership. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending this dealership to friends! More
I contacted Fiat of Strongsville over a year ago, because I was starting to look for a new or used Fiat 500. I checked around at other dealers and also watched Craigslist to see what Fiats were available. I was starting to look for a new or used Fiat 500. I checked around at other dealers and also watched Craigslist to see what Fiats were available. When I was ready to buy ( I had decided on a new 500 ) I checked prices at other places and they were all about the same. Bob and Chris contacted me several times and continued to work with me on the car I wanted. This continuing work with me made me decide to purchase my new 500 from them. I look forward to their dealership continuing to be helpful to me as I get my Fiat serviced there. More
I actually purchased my fiat at another dealership....that didn't even have a dedicated fiat service department. I really wish I would not have given them my business at this point.
