My Review Of Alfano's Torrington Hyundai:
Everyone was very friendly while my husband and I were there looking at cars. However, it has been over a week since we bought the car, and I have made numerous calls to the dealership and have left MANY messages for Ken and Jeff on voicemail and with the receptionist.. NO ONE has returned my calls. Twice Jeff (sales manager)has stated that Ken(finance) will call me back within 10 minutes, and it has never happened. This has been over a week since I have been trying to contact someone. Our paperwork is not correct (mileage), we did not receive GAP insurance on the final paperwork, which we requested it, and we want to take off one of the warranty items. Again, NO ONE is returning our callls. I have started documenting all calls made because I may have to take this farther. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We feel jilted in the customer service area, that the workers were nice and friendly to get us in a car, and now they want nothing to do with us. We are frustrated and NOT HAPPY with the service we have received. If we could take back the car and start again, we would! There are many other dealerships would would not treat people this way. Other then repair work (because of the warrenty), we will NEVER go back to this dealership.
