Levi went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied, he was very polite and made thie sale easy for us. I e-mailed him several times and he responded and had an answer for me each time. Each step we went through was handled professionally and as quick as possible.

My Review of All American Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Started out looking at a new 2012 charger and after having a bad experience with Frontier I call out to All American and talked by Levi. Took a drive out to slaton to see what they could do for me. Found out that a new one was not really inside my budget but that did not stop Mr. Levi from finding something else. Looked at a 2011 and turned out to be a great fit. This process almost took a whole month and Levi stayed in contact with me the whole time and never got annoyed by how long it was taking me to finally make up my mind (as far as I know), he was always easy to talk to. Levi did anything and everthing he could, if he didnt know the answer to the question he would call me back with the right one and not BS me. If your looking for a dealership that is laid back, has people that you can easily talk to, that will treat you like they would wantet to be treated like also then this is a place to go. When the GM get in and helps with the deal, you know you are at the right place.

I spent time at several other dealerships in the Lubbock area and was pleased by the kindness and ease of buying a car from All American. My wife and I had delt with other dealers that were flat unwilling to negotiate on price, but these guys were. If you want a positive buying experience, talk to these guys at All American.

My Review of All American Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I asked for a quote on a new Dodge Laramie at 7:30 P.M. and Ellis Hill called me back in less than an hour. The net day, my vehicle was located and by the 3rd day, I had my new truck! The dealership in Slaton went all out to help us, including driving to Snyder to bring the paper work to be signed and then delivering the vehicle to my location. We are loving our new truck!

My Review of All American Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Our experience of purchasing a new truck from All American was very pleasent. David was great to works with. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of space to look and to discuss between ourselves. Even though they did not have the truck we wanted in stock, they found one and then made us a deal we felt that was good for both parties.

In the future, when we are in market for a new car or truck, our first stop will be All American.

Easiest vehicle purchase experience EVER! No high pressure sales tactics, no arguing over the price, no problem with financing. We drove 2 hours to purchase from this dealership and it was worth every minute...we were treated with respect and dealing with David was just like dealing with family...no pressure, friendly, comfortable. No matter what brand of vehicle that you are looking for, this is the dealership to work with on your next vehicle purchase. No regrets...cannot recommend them highly enough.

words cant say the way the team at all american treat me at the purcheses of my brand new 2011 chevy aveo ellis and mickey went up and out of there way to make my car buying a lot easyer process and i thought i would never would buy a brand new car and they made a dreams came true thanks again the team at all american my friend tracy simonds was right when they say you got the deal done you leave with the car and its yours no extra string attached
