Veary pleased. wish the pandemic had not exist. I could have had a courtesy car brought to my house for me to use until my Lincoln service was complete. Maybe next wish the pandemic had not exist. My car had been there since April 18, and they only kept texting saying that my car is still in line the technician has not seen it, I still had to pay insurance on this car that I couldn’t drive and I call texting saying that my car is still in line the technician has not seen it, I still had to pay insurance on this car that I couldn’t drive and I called June 17, and I’m like what’s going on the lady said that he said it may be my transmission no put it on the machine to diagnose it you can’t just word mouth it but all that long time for you to then put it on machine I really don’t know and before that my car supposed to had been on a recall the lady said I had to bring my car in when I got there they said it was a piece of paper to fill out I’m like I never would have got it up here if I would have known that like the customer service up there sucks no good at all like why I spent so much in my insurance and catching rides to and from because my car was up there till soon as they told me that I just got rid of it my car drove offing back there with no problem no codes on dashboard or nothing but they said the transmission was stuck in reverse it drove forward went in reverse and all and I was forced to sell that but this place is no good like no one’s working at that shop and no mike was unprofessional as we’ll only kept texting the same thing for 3 months straight no way ford and I would never buy a ford because it’s something that they kept shutting the system off and it’ll have to reboot so I would never and they still charged me 165.00 to get it out of there no good ford. More
If I could rate you a zero I would. Wouldn’t sell me a car because it was going out of state and you wouldn’t get to service it. I took my car here for an oil change, quick lane. Anyway, after picking up my car I park it as my moms to chill. I hit the road around 7:30 and noticed my vehicle sound funny……almost empty when I acc Anyway, after picking up my car I park it as my moms to chill. I went and purchased a 5qt container of oil it took all but 1 quart because I stopped pouring. I’ve checked under my vehicle no leak. I moved my vehicle no leak. But you wrote on my service sheet small leak. No you didn’t replace the oil. I left a voice message no call back. I will NOT be taking my cars back. Oh and let me check the lug nuts and make sure I have all 20 of those too since you were so adamant about changing those. I feel like they let a kid work on my vehicle. If I could give a 0 I would. More
