The whole experience was good. From appraisal of my vehicle, salesperson, and financing. Used the internet to see the car, called and set up an appointment. Test drove it and knew I wanted it. I was in this dealership for service for a recall repair on my truck at the time of appointment they said they would have to keep it over the weekend when I arrived on the April 23rd I was greeted by Miss J on my truck at the time of appointment they said they would have to keep it over the weekend when I arrived on the April 23rd I was greeted by Miss Jamie Hadley and she said she would do everything possible to get me service while I waited because she saw that I lived in Hampton Georgia so she did everything in her power to assist me to my astonishment she pulled it off I was out of there in less than an hour I truly appreciate Jamie and Allan Vigil Ford for treating like a customer that they would love to keep and they have I was sing your Praises from now on once again thank you and have a blessed day More

What started off good went sour quickly. I let the sales lady know I was already approved by Ford and came in with my information AND I said EXACTLY what I wanted from the door. I went to buy one truck, base model and she tried to tell me that the one I was looking at was the base and I told her NO it's not. I KNOW what I'm looking for. I test drove the Bronco but it was way too small so they found another... Used... 2018 Jeep Cherokee. THIS is when the issues came about. The sales manager thought I was stupid, desperate and needy probably because I have a slight disability and everything that came out of his mouth was xx. He told me they needed to do another credit check because they can't pull up the one from Ford. Ok... Call Ford and get the information, you're NOT running multiple credit checks on me. Of course he was too lazy to do that. He said I needed $6,000 down on a 2018 truck with bad tires that was UNDER 26K to have my note at $350/month. I've NEVER put any money down on any vehicle I have ever purchased. This was NOT the stipulation for the 2021 Bronco. He obviously thought I was stupid and then tried to keep me held hostage at the dealership. Mind you...My credit is NOT bad at all. He then said he would offer $300 if I traded in my 2013 Kia Optima. I laughed in his face. Not sure if he was high or whatever but as an Army veteran, a woman... I was beyond mad from them trying to run game on me and play me like a dummy. Then to top it off, my sales lady didn't even come back to speak to me and rolled her eyes as she went to get coffee or whatever as I was leaving out. THAT was unprofessional and rude. I told a good friend of mine that referred me to them that purchased his vehicle there and he said he went through something similar his first time. He said the other locations are not like this. I guess because the area this one is located at in Morrow that they feel it's fine to take advantage of people. Not this Vet. Keep your trucks and your games. More
