I ordered a 2024 Ford F150 King Ranch in April and was told that the truck would arrive in June, it didn't arrive until September and the Salesperson never called to follow up. I picked up the truck on September 20th brought it back on September 23rd for a problem. The xx in person for repairs was terrible. The truck got done and they never called to say truck was ready. Alan Vigil used to be a great dealership but i can't say that right now with the experiences i just had. More

Went to purchase a vehicle, agreed on a price, signed the paper, and drove it home. A week later I'm told that I need to "re-contract" the vehicle since the information I was given wasn't correct. Didn't now there was such a thing as re-contracting but apparently I'm on the hook for $1900.00. I don't understand after making an agreement I can be retroactively charged for incorrect information that was given to me. Neither Allan Vigil nor the Ford Motor company has any interest in correcting this, which attests to their lack of trustworthiness and willingness to make a situation a right. More

Overall a good experience. I didn’t like that ford don’t provide 2” sleeve and tie down hooks in bed that they did in my 2017 that I ordered from Allen vigil ford .
