I called the dealership and spoke to Steve Turner and provided him with the details of the vehicle I was interested in test driving. I made an appointment with Steve and drove 70 miles, which turned out to be a worth while drive. Upon my arrival, Steve was out in the lot with the vehicle ready to go. We took a test drive and then Steve went through every detail of the vehicle. I was extremely pleased with his presentation and knowledge and made an offer on the vehicle. Knowing the ATS was a Valentines gift for my wife, on delivery, Steve went out of his way to find a huge red bow to be placed on the front window of the vehicle. The purchase of my wife's ATS was effortless from the negotiation process through the financing. Mark Loynes, the Sales Manager, was very personable and addressed all of my questions. In particular when I returned to the dealership. As I drove away from the dealership I pushed one of the buttons on the console and thought I had broken my wife's gift. Mark spent a good amount of time going over the bells and whistles located on the console - what manager provides that type of service? Johnny Armijo, the Finance Manager, was just as personable. He took the time to explain every detail of the finance contract, as well as going above and beyond to provide me with the best finance rate available. I will definitely return to the Allen Cadillac on my next purchase. More

Peter then took over for the internet department and showed us the car we saw online as well as a few other options - with NO pressure! We were not ready to buy that day but were SURE we would return to Allen. When ready we did return to Allen and were offered a deal on an ATS by Peter and Cameron that almost sounded too good to be true - but it was true! They were very helpful and upfront about ALL costs and we made a deal. We then worked with John on financing and had an amazing experience as well! They were ALL so friendly and helpful. They even put up with us shopping with a newborn and a 3 year old in tow. They didn't skip a beat or get irritated at the excitement of my 3 year old. But because of the service quality that I received each time I decided to make the new purchase. It really says a lot about a dealership when you see the same sales/service people come out to greet you year after year.
