From the time we researched the vehicles on the website to the text communication and then to the dealership, we were treated with courtesy, respect, understanding and more. Made an appointment with Patrick and he had the vehicle we had originally looked at online, waiting when we arrived. That one didn't meet our expectations, but we told him our needs and requirements and he found the perfect vehicle for us, a 2023 Nissan Rogue. He was not pushy at all and understood exactly what we were looking for. We had traded a vehicle from another dealership (we were there practically all day!) that we only had for 2 months. Patrick made the process so very easy and we were there for less than 4 hours including the financing process (Luis was great - explaining everything we asked in detail!) We couldn't be happier with our decision to shop at Allen Turner! Hopefully, this vehicle will last us a very very long time, but should the need arise, they will be the absolute 1st place we go!
