We came in on a whim, After finding a car we were going to buy at another dealership. but had to wait one hour for the manager to come in. Stopping by we were met by Rob Godwin. We told him what we were looking for "white with a sunroof". He said ok and we were off to the lot, he was showing us cars that fit what we asked for. Then he left to get a price sheet and we discovered this Cadillac. Total game changer checked it out went on a test drive. Rob was great he was a genuine person. Not a salesman, a person like you reading this. By the end of the day we left with a car we were not expecting, let alone didn't even think we could ever have. Cadillac CTS white with sunroof. It's the first time I didn't feel pressured, especially at the money part. We got a great car at a great price. The type of car we didn't even consider. It's day 2 and I'm still stoked we have a Cadillac CTS in our driveway. Thank you Rob Godwin. My first contact with Josh was last fall shortly after a funeral. I needed some information and really needed to get my mind off sadness. Josh was very professional and was an excellent listener. He made no attempt to sell anything to me on that visit, just gave me his card and asked that I look him up when I was ready. The person who gave me a follow up call the next day was also polite and professional. I returned 6 months later after doing an online search of available cars, and Dwight helped me locate Josh who patiently helped me find the right car! I appreciated being allowed to drive the car to a nearby city to allow my personal mechanic to check out the vehicle. They said "Exceptionally clean mechanically for an '05 vehicle." They could not find a single thing needing attention. My final choice was for an '07 Kia Sportage strictly for structural reasons: I am 4'10" and that presents its own set of challenges; in this case, height of seat vs size and placement of outside mirror! My financial limits were also respected. The only thing I would have liked to make the whole experience better, was if the service dept. had noticed that the visors were too loose and drooped down, and had tightened them up before I brought the car home. I feel sure they will correct this if I drive back. I recommend doing business with Allen Turner Used Cars and especially with Josh to anyone! Thank you for a pleasant experience Josh! More

I arranged an appointment for Wednesday @ 1:00 but the night before my daughter and I decided to go take a sneak peek. We were greeted on the lot and I advised him (Kyle, I believe) that I had an appointment the following day with Luis and he said he was available if I had any questions or if I wanted him to open a car to look at and to enjoy browsing. Wednesday, July 10, 2013, I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted immediately. Luis took his time with me and answered the few questions I had since this is now my third Hyundai - I am pretty familiar with the Hyundai. I test drove a Genesis and Azera - - it was a nasty afternoon weather wise so did not stay on the road too long. I knew what I could afford going into the appointment and I knew my trade-in was in excellent condition so the process was easy and painless. Matt, in Finance, was very personable and friendly - with a great smile and attitude and my time with him was limited but enjoyable. Luis, was friendly and quiet, but knew the right things to say and was well versed on the product. Luis made the experience relaxing even though I knew before I arrived I would be buying the Azera. My first Azera was awesome and I should have never traded it for the Sonata - - lesson learned. I have been driving a Hyundai since 2006 the year my husband passed away - - I know he would be proud of how I know what I want and then make it happen. This experience could not have happened without Matt and Luis - thanks guys! You put a smile back on my face - love the Azera! More

When I first started looking at vehicles David was very helpful. He always seemed friendly and was not pushy at all, I had problems with dealers being way too pushy at other locations. when they did not ha helpful. I received a very reasonable price and even was able to purchase it before I expected. it took very little time to finish all of the paperwork and trade in my old vehicle. Matt was very thorough in explaining my warranty options and incredibly helpful in choosing one. It was a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience they did a Great! job! More
