Best Dealership For Service For Your Kia I purchased my 2019 Sportage from another dealership but was having issues with them so I tried another dealership closer to home..they were even wors I purchased my 2019 Sportage from another dealership but was having issues with them so I tried another dealership closer to home..they were even worse. That's when I called Allentown Kia for service and it was the best decision I ever made. I have been there several times in the past 2 months and each time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Don. I will continue to deal with him because he so impressed me with not only his professionalism but his friendliness and the way he really cares about my issues. That gentleman deserves a raise for not only doing his job and doing it right but for going above and beyond what is required of him. So her's a big shout out and thank you to Don Pernsley..your awesome!! More

SUPERB Had a great experience at my last service appointment. Jason was the rep who took care of me and I truly found him professional, courteous and attent Had a great experience at my last service appointment. Jason was the rep who took care of me and I truly found him professional, courteous and attentive. He explained what the service would cover and after the initial service explained why an additional fuel injector service was suggested. Again, he explained the importance of doing this and convinced me to spend some money I didn't intend on doing. He walked me to the car when I left, which I thought was a kind gesture. Overall, he did an excellent job!! Glad you have this pro working for you!! More
