My Review of Allston Motor Sports:
Very Rude People, Car they have are truly luxury for less, but have a story behind them which they won't tell you. I ran carfaxs on number of cars that are at his lot, 90% of these vech are in major collisions, which they claim are one owner vechiles and never been hit. Bottom Line, Buyer Beware Expensive Cars at cheap price, and the savings does not add up!

My Review of Allston Motor Sports:
I had the worst car buying experience EVER! I bought a 2005 Acura TSX on 5/9/09. Gave them my down payment same day because I was told that by Tuesday the car will be ready to go. One time, one stop only. The car had a keyless entry/lock problem on the driver’s side and also needed adhesive for the rubber on the door. I was told by owner that he needed Monday to fix the problems. That is why the car will be ready on Tuesday instead.
I picked the car up on Wednesday 5/13 and found out registration and plate was not all set and keyless entry was not fixed. Also scratches on the car that were promised to be buffed away were still there. I asked for the car to be buffed again and the keyless and rubber to be fixed. The owner did not seem to be happy with me asking for another buff and polish. I insisted that it was promised and he agreed. On 5/18 picked up registration. Due to rain I was not able to buff my car and owner tells me to bring it back on Thursday 5/21 to do both buff, keyless AND adhesive for rubber. On 5/21 I called to confirm that I was dropping my car off to get ALL things taken care off. Got there and was told that keyless cannot be done only buffing. They still needed a part for the keyless. I have been patient so far even though I am VERY upset for getting the run around. Why was I not told in advanced that BOTH things cannot be taken care of? Spoke to owner again on that day and agreed to bring it back on Tues 5/26. I brought the car in at 11am. My car has finally been brought to Acura dealer to get fixed. By 5:30pm I have not heard from my dealer. So I called and found out that a part is missing and that my car needed to be left overnight. If they had been proactive from the beginning we wouldn’t find out 2 weeks later that some other parts were needed!! By now I am fuming. I have been waiting for 6 hours with no ride home and on top of that missing more work!!! Picked up my car on 5/27 and was told by the Office Mgr that Acura dealer did not have time to put adhesive on the door!! So here goes another problem unresolved and I will have to bring back AGAIN.
This was the worse experience ever! I was hoping that this was the last time I had to deal with Allston Motor Sports. But just my luck I have one more thing that is still not taken care of. They have horrible customer service and communication. I repeatedly had to call them to get updates on my car even though I am told they will call me. I regret not buying from an Acura dealer directly.
