Dereck went out of his way to get my car back to me as quickly as possible after I broke the key transponder and a new one had to be reprogrammed. This was our first Volvo, and our first experience with Almartin. We couldn't be more satisfied. A salesperson came out to greet us right after we parked, and made us feel welcomed to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. He thoroughly went over the features of the vehicle and took time to be sure we understood.He kept in touch with us through email and texts, but was never pushy. After we purchased our vehicle, we had some questions. We were able to set up an appointment with him, at our convenience, to go over the features one more time. Just recently had a front spring replaced on my s60. As usual - time and time again they got it right ! Got me in ASAP after car towed there. I never used to take my car foe service at the dealership b As usual - time and time again they got it right ! Got me in ASAP after car towed there. I never used to take my car foe service at the dealership because of expense. Now it's the only place I take it because they fix it right every time. I will be taking every Volvo I have here in the future because the communication and work in service is second to none! Always wash my car car after every service also. I appreciate the professionalism from this service deptartment. Even though I have never purchased a vehicle there I usually speak with sales department and find them very knowledgeable. This is a great dealership to deal with. More
