I just needed a spare key, but: 1. Parts told me they could only cut the key, not program it after I had collected everything they wanted me to show them about the car. I went to the service department and one person told me "they were too busy to help me and I needed to find someone else". 3. There was ZERO communication to let me know what the status was with my vehicle. I had to come and check in to see if they were even working on the key or if it was done. 4. It took over 2 and a half hours to get a spare key cut and programed. More

David Bohn was extremely cranky . I presented oil change coupon for $49.99 that was sent to me by Nissan. He entered coupon value at almost $53. When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked him to correct it , he started blaming me for using shuttle service and got upset over me insisting on honoring coupon value. I did share this experience manager who was nearby and not much reaction. I was planning on getting few recommended service done worth almost $1500 but I am no longer sure whether I want to do this.
