He was the most friendly and chill salesman I've come across and as bright as the city he's named after. I think our test drive was the longest part of the whole process (minimal exaggeration) due to the entire team's attentive approach & process knowledge and execution. And I would be remiss if I also didn't give credit to Elisa for being the fastest typist this side of the Mississippi to finalize all the finance details.
