3rd new vehicle I have bought all of my vehicles from Amesbury Chevy! And the sales manager, Brian aka HiFive guy has been there for each one. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Kelcey and Will in finance and neither could have been nicer. When we picked up the car and drove off the lot it was not working properly. It turned out it was still in transport mode so it could not be stolen. We went back and everyone at the dealership worked together to get us a temp vehicle. The next day was the horrible march nor'easter and the dealer even offered to have someone drive my new car to my house during the storm so I wouldn't have to! These people are great and I drive a half hour out of my way to shop here and get my vehicles serviced here! More

That's why I always bought in cash, and from a private sale. When I realized what I wanted (2017 Chevy SS), I knew I would have to go to the dealer. I was on guard. But right away when I walked in, I met Eric, and he was totally up-front and very honest from the start. He was asking me all these questions to see if I qualified for any and all discounts/rebates they were offering at the time. I had test-driven an A4 earlier, and I requested that the dealership submit to me their best offer, they only get 1 shot. I was going to do the same with the SS. But, it was their 20% off MSRP deal, and holy crap, how could you not go with that! I was expecting to pay 1, maybe 2K less than MSRP (They're in demand). I tried to play coy, but I was totally sold when I saw the sub-40k price for a 4-door sedan, with a corvette engine and a 6-speed manual. And BTW, they sold 3, 3! SS's within an hour if you count my deposit! That has to tell you something about the pricing and service. Anyway, I'm rambling. When I went into sign everything today, there were no gimmicks. There were products that were offered, some I bought, some I didn't, but there was zero pressure. Will, who I was signing everything with was playing some Sinatra in his office, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I was totally taken aback about how all the stories I heard from my pops didn't seem to apply to these guys at all. Anyway, as you can guess, I 100% give my full endorsement of everyone at Amesbury Chevy. No games, no pressure, and everyone was very personable. I was a skeptic, but take it from me, if you're concerned, give them a shot, and ask for Eric. I don't plan on ever getting rid of my SS, but if I did, I would bend over backwards to come back to these guys, knowing I won't get (or tried to be) screwed. More
